What happens next

We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and aim to provide a full response within 10 working days. If we need longer to investigate, we will keep you informed.

Putting things right

Where a cleaning issue is upheld, our satisfaction guarantee means we will return to re-clean the affected areas free of charge, or agree another fair resolution with you.

If you are still not satisfied

If you remain unhappy after our response, you may ask for the complaint to be reviewed again by a senior member of the team. We will always try to reach a fair outcome.
