These Terms & Conditions govern the cleaning services provided by Falcon Cleaners. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms. Last updated: 29 July 2026.
We provide domestic, commercial, specialist and biohazard cleaning services. The scope of each job is agreed with you before work begins.
Online and verbal estimates are provided in good faith as a guide. A fixed price is confirmed before any work begins. Some specialist and restoration jobs are priced after a free survey.
You must provide us with access to the property at the agreed time. If we cannot gain access at the agreed time, a £40 call-out fee applies.
The property must have working water and electricity for us to carry out the clean.
Any parking or congestion charges incurred while we work at your property are passed on at cost.
Pay-on-completion is our standard for domestic jobs: you check the work before you pay. If you cannot be present when we finish, we will send you before-and-after photos and payment is due while the team is still on site. For some bookings we may request a deposit to secure your slot. Invoices are issued only to agreed contract and commercial clients, payable as set out in the contract.
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your booking. Cancellations inside 48 hours incur a 50% fee, because your team is reserved for you.
We back our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to put it right.
We are fully insured. We take great care, but our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, except where liability cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
