These Terms & Conditions govern the cleaning services provided by Falcon Cleaners. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms. Last updated: 22 June 2026.
We provide domestic, commercial, specialist and biohazard cleaning services. The scope of each job is agreed with you before work begins.
Online and verbal estimates are provided in good faith as a guide. A fixed price is confirmed before any work begins. Some specialist and restoration jobs are priced after a free survey.
You are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the agreed time. If we are unable to access the property, a call-out charge may apply.
Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking. For contract clients, invoices are issued and payable as set out in the contract.
Please give us as much notice as possible to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations at short notice may incur a charge to cover allocated time.
We back our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to put it right.
We are fully insured. We take great care, but our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, except where liability cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
